Dr. Favour Ayodele, a life coach, Business & Management Consultant, Certified Counsellor, International keynote speaker, have been appointed by the Global President , Dr. Mohammad Seraj Ansari as Vice President- West Africa of The World Economic Forum For Asia-Africa (WEFAA).
WEFAA is an International Chamber of Commerce consisting of Asia & Africa and major objective of WEFAA is to promote Asia and Africa with global communities business, bilateral trade and economic relationship, investment and technology transfer; facilitates business collaborations, joint ventures, marketing tie-ups and strategic alliances through a set of proactive business-oriented initiative and cultural exchanges.

Dr. Favour Ayodele who is also an Education consultant, Philanthropist and Humanitarian,
is actively with over 20 year’s ground breaking experience in Administration, Business/Corporate Management; a dynamic international leadership expert who has been in the business of capacity building for two decades. He is a self-taught multi-skilled strategist and was a professional footballer who enjoys what he does.
He has convened series of national and international virtual and physical transformative meetings on different developmental-related issues across the globe.
He is one of the distinguished phenomena in the leadership intelligent gathering; he has hosted scholars in intentional pragmatic approach on political-economic integration, gender-based violence, racialism, governance, Democracy, climate, youth and women in leadership, food security, children education, social-cultural and gender parity, environment and mind rehabilitation. He has engaged distinguished leaders on national and global community projects.

In 2020 he was appointed and certified as Peace Ambassador to the United Nations after his International Protocol and Diplomacy and Humanitarian Diplomacy Training with WOLMI which gave a feat to be appointed as Deputy- Director General in International Council Cabinet (ICC) Nigeria. In 2017 he was honoured with Ambassadorial appointment to International Security Device Company in Dublin “ProveAmNig”.
He is the Founder/Chairman Board of Trustee African Intellectual Resource Organization, whose vision is to transform Africa and make her world lead continent with a core objective of implementing the potential of Africa, using African content to develop Africa by Africans for Africa.

He is the first African-Nigerian to work with the largest Restaurant in Cambodia, Tonle Bassac Restaurant, Phnom Phen, as Assistant General Manager. Also the first African- Nigerian in car Dealer Company, World Trade Transport (WTT) Phnom Phen, Cambodia as Marketing Manager. Oston Printers Company Phnom Phen, Cambodia as Business Development Manager. He was a lecturer in Cambodia Mekong University and Bethel University respectively for almost two years before he came back to his country in the year 2009.

He was the first to declare as Independent Candidate but later joined a political party “Young Progressive Party (YPP). His patriotic leadership style made him an Icon in Nigeria having a political ideology, “less government, more governance” with people-oriented policies.

Counselling from Patriot Bible University, Colorado USA Nigeria Extension 2018 and 2016 respectively and International Centre for Biblical and Theological Seminary, Nigeria. His Degree was in Bible and Theology, Two Witness Ministries Michigan, USA Nigeria Extension. After his college of education in Adeyemi College of Education, Ondo Nigeria; He picked up his Executive Diploma in Pastoral Ministry from International Christian and Training Institute (ICRETI) Ibadan, Nigeria and., Certified in International School of Leadership from World Harvest Institute of Christian Leadership in 2011.
